Obama is watching you.
Democrats viciously denounced President George W. Bush for supposedly infringing on Americans’ civil liberties by monitoring citizens in communication with al-Qaeda and terrorists in general. But they’ve been strangely quiet as Obama’s policies dwarf any ‘infringement’ that might have occurred under the Bush Administration.
Obama extended Bush’s Patriot Act, has been compiling a “vast campaign database” with voters’ personal information, and granted the government authority to store private information about American citizens who are not suspected of any crime— Obama has every American citizen under virtual surveillance, and plans to use thousands of surveillance drones in U.S. skies. We already knew all of this, but there hasn’t been a collective burst of outrage from liberals and Democrats– because liberals and Democrats accept tyranny when they are the ones being tyrants. So we can’t expect liberals and Democrats to be upset about this fact either: Obama’s surveillance program is bigger than Bush’s.
Obama’s TSA has become unhinged
Fresh off of the political fallout from sequestration, the Obama Administration shocked America with a deranged policy development: “The U.S. Transportation Security Administration will let people carry small pocketknives onto passenger planes for the first time since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, along with golf clubs, hockey sticks and plastic Wiffle Ball-style bats. The agency will permit knives with retractable blades shorter than 6 centimeters (2.36 inches) and narrower than 1/2 inch.”
First of all, what is the point of this policy? Al-Qaeda is NOT “on the run”— Americans were recently killed by terrorists in Libya and Algeria, and terrorists in Afghanistan have not diminished their attacks on U.S. soldiers. The infamous “underwear bomber” successfully smuggled explosive liquid past TSA onto a jet almost 1 year into Obama’s first term. Allowing knives, baseball bats, and golf clubs onto airplanes is helpful to terrorists and dangerous for Americans. In response to this idiotic policy, the Flight Attendants Union Coalition has launched “a nationwide legislative and public campaign” (including petitioning the White House) to prevent another national security disaster.

The TSA’s new policy is even more disturbing in light of the report that “Some of the September 11 hijackers may have been armed with a high-strength, folding, metal utility knife rather than the more easily concealed box-cutter with a plastic handle, according to an independent commission investigating the terrorist attacks.”
Update: Even more disturbing is a new report from a former TSA screener at Newark airport: “Did you know you don’t need a high-school diploma or GED to work as a security screener? These are the same screeners that TSA chief John Pistole and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refer to as a first-class first line of defense in the war on terror. These are the employees who could never keep a job in the private sector. I wouldn’t trust them to walk my dog. An agent got through Newark last week with an improvised explosive device? That’s not even news to anyone who works there. It happens all the time… We’re not any big deterrent. It’s all for show.” And regarding the unconstitutional tactics of TSA? This whistleblower says “Every time you read about a TSA horror story, it’s usually about a screener doing what he or she is instructed to do.”
Al-Qaeda is NOT “on the run” from Obama.
After the terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya on the 9/11 anniversary, Obama was forced to change his campaign speeches by taking out the false claim that al-Qaeda was “on the run.” Subsequently, in January 2013, 30 hostages were killed “when Algerian forces stormed a desert gas plant in a bid to free many dozens of Western and local captives” from Islamic terrorists linked to al-Qaeda. Seven Americans were among the hostages, and three of the dead hostages were Americans. Contrast this to what a real leader– Ronald Reagan– accomplished in regard to the Iranian hostage crisis of 1979:
It turns out that even prior to the Algerian hostage crisis, Obama was lying to the American people when he claimed that al-Qaeda was “on the run”: “The U.S.-led military coalition in Afghanistan incorrectly reported a decline in Taliban attacks last year, and officials said Tuesday that there was actually no change in the number of attacks on international troops from 2011 to 2012.”
Obama was “absent” during the Libya terrorist attack
Obama supports radical Islam in the Middle East. There is no other way to explain Obama’s bizarre behavior in relation to Libya:
June 2011: “President Obama’s decision to involve U.S. military forces in an unconstitutional, unexplained mission in Libya has left many Americans seeking answers and action from Congress.” Although Obama had previously shaken hands with Libya’s dictator Gaddafi, Obama ensured Gaddafi’s demise and opened a window for radical Islamists to take over Libya.
September 2012: The U.S. Consulate in Libya was destroyed by radical Islamists who killed 4 American diplomats on the 9/11 anniversary— it turns out that Obama’s State Department had credible information that the attack was going to happen 48 hours prior, but didn’t warn the American diplomats they were in danger. During the attack, there was an urgent request for military assistance that the Obama Administration denied. After the attack, Obama and his administration lied to the American people and said the attack occurred because of spontaneous mob reacting to an anti-Islam youtube video, and was not a terrorist attack. Obama also referred to the deaths of the 4 American diplomats as mere “bumps in the road.”
October 2012: A known ringleader of the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya walks freely in the streets of Libya without fear of arrest. The only person arrested was the creator of the anti-Islam youtube video.
February 2013: Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has now testified that Obama was absent and didn’t communicate with him at all on the night of the Libya terrorist attack— and the next morning, Obama was figuratively absent, leaving “operational details, including knowledge of what resources were available to help the Americans under siege, “up to us.”” While Americans were under attack in Libya, Obama– with his priorities completely out of whack– was making a 1-hour call to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu “to defuse a controversy about President Obama’s refusal to meet with Netanyahu two weeks later at the U.N. General Assembly.”
Obama supports radical Islam in the Middle East
We already know that Obama encouraged the Muslim Brotherhood take-over of Egypt, embraced Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Morsi, and sent $1 billion of American taxpayer dollars as “foreign aid” to the Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian government. We also know that Obama attacked Libya and opened a window for radical Islamists to take over the country— which led to the brutal terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya by “militia associated with Al Qaeda.” Some of those same participants subsequently killed American hostages in Algeria.
Recently, Obama nominated an anti-Israel pro-terrorist Secretary of Defense who was endorsed by Iran’s foreign ministry. VP Joe Biden also raised the possibility of direct U.S.-Iran talks, despite the fact that the U.S. has never before agreed to one-on-one talks with Iran’s genocidal and illegitimate regime. Iran is extending its influence in the Middle East, due to Obama’s failed foreign policy– Ahmadinejad recently made the first visit to Egypt by an Iranian president since Tehran’s 1979 Islamic revolution. To top it off, Iran-supported Syria is getting a visit from Obama’s new Secretary of State John Kerry— where Syria’s mass murderer president Bashar al-Assad will dine with John Kerry “again” after killing more than 24,000 Syrian civilians.
Frighteningly, Secretary of State John Kerry opened his confirmation hearing by saying “that he will do his best to implement “President Obama’s vision for the world”.”
Obama labels Islamic terrorism on American soil as “workplace violence”
According to Obama, the Fort Hood Massacre is merely “workplace violence.”
Updated: “Survivors of the November 2009 Fort Hood massacre have created a YouTube video urging the Obama administration to “stop the government charade: the Fort Hood terror attack was not ‘workplace violence.’”
The video was created by the organization The Coalition of the Fort Hood Heroes, which includes 160 victims and family members. The Coalition is also demanding a formal apology, Purple Heart awards for the soldiers and fair compensation for all injuries. In the 14-minute video, survivors point to Hasan’s known al-Qaida connection to bolster their claim the attack was an act of terror. The Muslim Army psychiatrist, who shouted “Allahu akbar” multiple times as he carried out the assault, had corresponded with a top al-Qaida recruiter over a dozen times in the six months leading up to the attack, according to the FBI.”
Obama’s immigration policy would have spared the 9/11 hijackers!
Obama’s non-deportation policy— including his refusal to enforce the two most fundamental sections of federal immigration law– “would have let the Sept. 11 hijackers remain in the country even if they had been picked up in the months before their deadly attacks” on the World Trade Center.
It’s unconstitutional for Obama to refuse to enforce federal law, since he’s the head of the executive branch of government. Furthermore, his unconstitutional dereliction of duty is against U.S. national security interests.
Obama is a coward
Following Obama’s unwise and untimely Iraq withdrawal, Iraq is reported to be “unraveling” with death squads, bombings, and ethnic tensions. And Afghanistan is such a disaster that Obama quickly broke his campaign promise to pull-out American troops by 2014.
Now, we’ve been informed by VP Joe Biden that Obama “doesn’t want to go” to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Obama supports Guantanamo Bay detention
Update: Obama appointed Daniel Fried as “Special Envoy” in charge of an office that Obama created ostensibly for the purpose of closing the Guantanamo detention facility. But now, that office has been closed (while the Guantanamo detention facility remains open)– Daniel Fried has been “reassigned” and “will not be replaced.”
