Obama supports Guantanamo Bay detention

“Obama famously promised to close the Guantanamo detention facility within a year of becoming president of the United States. But as he acknowledges, it’s still open with “approximately 166 detainees” nearly four full years after Obama was first sworn in as president.”

Update: Obama appointed Daniel Fried as “Special Envoy” in charge of an office that Obama created ostensibly for the purpose of closing the Guantanamo detention facility.  But now, that office has been closed (while the Guantanamo detention facility remains open)– Daniel Fried has been “reassigned” and “will not be replaced.”

Health insurance premiums: more costly under Obama than under Bush.

“During his first run for president, Barack Obama made one very specific promise to voters: He would cut health insurance premiums for families by $2,500, and do so in his first term.” Too bad the reality is that the Obama Administration has INCREASED health insurance premiums for family coverage by $3,065.

Health insurance premiums didn’t increase to such an extent under the much-maligned Bush Administration.

Thanks to Obamacare, you can expect your health insurance premiums to increase even more over the next 4 years.

Obama has EVERY AMERICAN under virtual surveillance!

According to a whistleblower, the FBI can access the e-mails sent by everyone in the United States.  And while virtual surveillance was also conducted under the Bush Administration, the whistleblower says that “the change is it’s getting worse” and the FBI is “doing more” to access Americans’ private information under the Obama Administration.

In other words: Obama is violating Americans’ civil liberties MORE than Bush ever did!

Obama wrongfully takes credit for killing Bin Laden

Obama takes credit for killing Osama bin Laden, yet condemned Bush for waterboarding…

… and CIA Director Leon Panetta says waterboarding played a role in finding bin Laden.

Obama takes it a step farther than Bush: Patriot Act is extended

After denouncing Bush for supposedly infringing on our civil liberties, Obama extends the Patriot Act.

Obama’s ineffective response to the BP oil spill

How ironic that Kanye West branded George W. Bush as someone who “hates black people” for his response to Hurricane Katrina, when the same region was hit by the BP oil spill to which Obama’s response was far worse.

… even ultra-liberals are angry at Obama!
