What ever happened to free speech in this country?

Regarding Obama’s bad policy relating to sequestration, “Stephen D. Abney, the chief public affairs official for the Army’s Joint Munitions Command” e-mailed soldiers AND civilian contractors and warned them to “Avoid giving an answer that might be perceived as criticism of the Commander in Chief or any political party” in the event they’re contacted by the media.

Obama doesn’t want the media to cover his vacations.

The mainstream media still loves Obama, although they can’t hide their frustration about his lack of transparency.  Journalists are “expressing frustration over… lack of access this weekend to President Obama, who was on a golfing vacation in Florida.” This statement was released:

“Speaking on behalf of the White House Correspondents Association, I can say a broad cross section of our members from print, radio, online and TV have today expressed extreme frustration to me about having absolutely no access to the President of the United States this entire weekend… There is a very simple but important principle we will continue to fight for today and in the days ahead: transparency.”

Obama’s self-proclaimed “most transparent administration in history” (a laughable claim) needs to hide the fact that Obama is taking excessive luxurious vacations.

Update: Obama’s golfing vacation in Florida with Tiger Woods this past weekend cost American taxpayers a whopping $989,207.

Obama campaign violates 1st Amendment freedom of the press

This is not the first time a reporter has complained about restricted access to voters at an Obama campaign event.

Obama controls the local media

Obama gets to choose the topics that local reporters are allowed to ask him about.

Secrecy and Closed Doors

Journalists attack White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs for refusing to answer legitimate questions and attempting to control the media.

The Obama Administration limits the media to asking ONE QUESTION.

The White House Press Secretary scolds journalists for asking ‘too many questions’ about the BP oil spill.

Hilarious: The White House holds a ‘transparency meeting’ behind closed doors.
